Supporting Your Personal Growth
Whether you're dealing with chronic illness, relationship issues, or life transitions, I’m here to help you navigate these challenges. My therapy sessions, both in-person and virtual, are designed to support your journey toward a more fulfilling and balanced life. I utilize a strengths-based perspective, focusing on a holistic view of your personal history, environment, lifestyle, and spirituality.
Guidance in Psychedelic Therapy Preparation and Integration
I offer compassionate support to guide you through the profound journey of psychedelic therapy. As this approach gains recognition in mental health, I’m here to help you prepare for and integrate your experiences, ensuring you're ready to embrace this transformative process.
During preparation, I aim to create a safe space where you feel comfortable and informed. Together, we’ll explore your intentions and set the foundation for a meaningful experience. After your session, I provide ongoing support, helping you process and integrate the insights you've gained. This integration phase is crucial, allowing you to embody the changes and continue your path toward personal growth.
Whether you choose in-person sessions or virtual meetings, my goal is to offer a warm, caring environment for this unique journey.
Note: I do not administer psychedelic medicine. I work with clients in clinical settings where licensed professionals manage these treatments.
Fee structure:
Individual Session (45 minutes): $225
Couples Therapy: $275
I'm committed to accessibility: 10% of all fees support subsidized therapy for those with limited resources. If you have out-of-network benefits, many insurance plans reimburse up to 70% of the cost. I also offer a sliding scale for clients who need financial flexibility and help you navigate insurance policies.
